Get Started

Hi. I’m Lindsay (she/her).

Healing is so much more than just changing some behaviors—it’s about transforming your connection to yourself. I have a relational and pragmatic approach that prioritizes the depth of your emotions while also addressing day-to-day obstacles. There are important reasons for how you got here, and we need to honor those stories to figure out what you need now.

I work with adults whose anxiety, depression, and relationship wounds have become barriers in their everyday lives. Many of them have worked hard just to get it together, but the constant fear of failure or being “found out” blocks the deep connection they desire with themselves and others.

As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer (Autism and ADHD), I also have a passion for helping people explore their neuro profile and develop a meaningful relationship with their nervous system. Discerning what is neurodivergence from complex trauma can be tricky, but we can strengthen the knowledge and intuition you need to tease it apart.

I understand that as social creatures, we require connection and co-regulation to thrive—no one can heal alone. In therapy, this means I respect you as the expert of you, and I will trust your inner wisdom to lead our work. Together, we can nourish the curiosity it takes to understand your patterns on a deeper level so that you can discover an authentic and practical path forward.

I embody a de-pathologizing, integrative, and collaborative framework that is rooted in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with influences from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and feminist theory.

That said, therapy is not one-size-fits-all. You are a complex human being with complex life experiences, and our work together should reflect that. Ultimately, my goal is to help you live the life you want with a deep reverence for who you already are. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to see you and understand you—and to help you see and understand yourself.
